Rules for shipping and receiving orders
We can deliver the offered products, regardless of the quantity and weight, the next day.
The condition is the submission and payment of the order by 12:00.
Details of each shipment are determined individually at the stage of editing the order form.
We currently offer courier shipping in Europe via DPD, GLS, INPOST, PACKAGE IN MOTION
For domestic retail customers, we offer free shipping for orders worth over PLN 99 with delivery within Poland.
Shipment insurance, quality guarantee
All our shipments are prepared with due diligence, properly secured and additionally insured.
It is extremely important that the parcels received by the ordering party are checked upon receipt for possible external damage to the packaging and the contents of the parcel.
Unfortunately, there are cases of damage to parcels caused by rough handling during transport.
If you find any reservations at the time of receipt of the parcel, you should make a photographic documentation and draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier, the parcel supplier.
HPI Polska is not responsible for damage to the shipment and its contents during transport if the above procedure (damage report) is not performed.
A damaged parcel received by the ordering customer without reservations means that any claim for damages will be a matter between the ordering party and the carrier, and the damaged products are not subject to free replacement by HPI Polska.
